Muhammad Zeeshan is a seasoned sales and real estate professional with over 15 years of experience across real estate, banking, and customer-centric organizations in Pakistan and the UAE. He has sold 150+ properties across Karachi's biggest projects — from off-plan developments to investment portfolios — working with leading names such as Zameen.com, Roomi Builders, and prominent Islamic and conventional banks.
In late 2025, he made a deliberate choice to evolve. While most of the industry was still running on WhatsApp forwards and cold calls, Zeeshan immersed himself in AI implementation, digital marketing, and no-code development. His mission with Makandaar Properties: combine deep Karachi real estate expertise with what AI can actually do — and build solutions that make property buying, selling, and marketing faster, smarter, and more human.
